Carnaroli is the king of Italian white rice varieties, the finest grown in Italy, with an elongated medium-large grain and a high amylose content that makes it beautifully creamy.

Preparing an authentic Risotto like a top chef has never been easier
All it takes is a few minutes to serve up a delicious, authentic Italian Risotto.
- In a pan, 15-17 mins: bring approx. 1 liter of water to the boil. Pour the contents of the bag into the pan and gradually add the boiling water as it soaks into the rice.
- In the microwave, 20 mins, 650 W: pour 0.8 liter of water and the contents of the bag into a dish, place in the microwave and set to the time and power indicated.
For both cooking methods, we always advise you to taste the risotto to adjust the result to your own taste.
