Our Fusilli pasta is made in Gragnano, the cradle of the Italian pasta-making tradition. The particular shape makes them the perfect partner for any sauce.
APPEARANCE BEFORE COOKING: slightly rough, with an even color tending towards amber, regular in shape.
CONSISTENCY: elastic and firm to the taste when cooked, remaining al dente even if cooked beyond the recommended time.
AROMA: during and after cooking, the Fusilli pasta gives off all the delicious fragrance of quality durum wheat dried at very low temperatures.
