How a new classic is born

Once ready, the dough is divided into little balls, as you would at home, and left to rise for at least two hours at room temperature so it is soft and crisp once cooked. It is then spread out gently and cut into the classic squares, which are then placed on a tray and baked for about 30 minutes into our Crispy Focaccia, with a golden color and unmistakable olive oil fragrance.
