The reason our Panettone is so delicious is that we replace the butter with our Olive Oil to create a smooth balance of ingredients and enhance the flavor and fragrance. We prepare it according to the genuine pastry maker's art, taking 3 days to make each individual Panettone. We use only fresh free-range eggs, and we choose the tastiest naturally candied orange rind and the softest raisins. And finally, to make it softer and easier to digest, we use only natural mother yeast.

Wheat flour, raisins, fresh free-range egg yolk, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), water, Carli olive oil 8%, cane sugar, natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), honey, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavourings.

Particular features and aromas

Our Panettone is prepared according to an exclusive recipe, with our Olive Oil completely replacing the butter.
APPEARANCE: brown, well-fired exterior, with raisins and candied peel visible. Perfectly risen on the inside, with perfectly distributed air holes and a plenty of fruit.
CONSISTENCY: extremely soft.
AROMA: intense, with a hint of citrus and vanilla.
FLAVOR: good balance of sweet notes and plenty of tasty, fleshy fruit, all natural and without artificial flavorings, coloring agents and preservatives. Deliciously soft raisins and tasty, fragrant, naturally candied orange rind. And lastly, the delicate notes of our Oil brings out the flavor of the other ingredients, for a delight that melts in the mouth.

How we like it

To prepare our Panettone, we use only natural mother yeast. That's what makes it so soft and easily digestible and gives it a pleasant honey aroma.

We've chosen to base ours on the original recipe, using the same techniques and ingredients, except for one, and this is our strength: we've completely replaced the butter with our Olive Oil.
