The process

Our Pesto Sauce is prepared using carefully selected raw materials: the basil Liguria is renowned for, european pine nuts, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O. and garlic. The ingredients are not ground too finely, ensuring a consistency that is just creamy enough.

A delicious Mediterranean specialty. Selected ingredients, carefully blended to guarantee a unique flavor, enhanced with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Our Walnut Sauce is deliciously soft combination of carefully selected shelled, ground walnuts and Olive Oil, with the addition of cheese, ricotta and a subtle hint of garlic.

Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil, Genoese basil P.D.O., Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O. (milk, salt, rennet), pecorino cheese (sheep’s milk, salt, rennet), salt, pine nuts, acidity regulator: lactic acid, ascorbic acid; garlic, rosemary extract.
Contains: milk, pine nuts. May contain traces of fish and tree nuts.
Gluten free.

Tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, pine kernels, sun dried tomatoes, tomato paste, Genoese basil, salt, vegetable fiber, sugar, dehydrated cheese: milk protein, cheese powder (pasteurized milk, rennet, salt), cream powder, salt, lactic acid; garlic, L-Ascorbic acid.
Contains milk derivative and tree nuts.
Gluten free.
Walnuts, olive oil, milk proteins, cheese (pasteurized cow milk, rennet, salt), cream, Ricotta cheese (whey, salt, lactic acid), salt, garlic.

Characteristics

The bright green of fresh basil picked in summer in Liguria, combined with the rich flavor of Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O. and Pecorino, the sweet taste of the pine nuts and our mild extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus a hint of garlic for extra character without compromising on the delicate overall effect.

Once open, the Pesto Sauce can be kept in the fridge, covered with a little olive oil. Use within a few days.
