Pesto Rosso Sauce

The process

It all begins with a tricolor encounter: the green of our Pesto, the white of the european pine nuts and the red of the tomato pulp and our ground Sundried Tomatoes. From this fortunate encounter springs a surprising sauce designed to bring a ray of sunshine.


Tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, pine kernels, dried tomatoes, tomato paste, Genoese basil P.D.O., salt, sugar, milk proteins, cheese (pasteurized milk, rennet, salt), cream, garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: lactic acid. 
Contains: milk and pine nuts. May contain traces of fish and tree nuts. 
Gluten free.
