Our Pesto Sauce is prepared using carefully selected raw materials: the basil Liguria is renowned for, european pine nuts, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O. and garlic. The ingredients are not ground too finely, ensuring a consistency that is just creamy enough.
Extra virgin olive oil, Genoese basil P.D.O., Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O. (milk, salt, rennet), pecorino cheese (sheep’s milk, salt, rennet), salt, pine nuts, acidity regulator: lactic acid, ascorbic acid; garlic, rosemary extract.
Contains: milk, pine nuts. May contain traces of fish and tree nuts.

Once open, the Pesto Sauce can be kept in the fridge, covered with a little olive oil. Use within a few days.
