The process

Our Walnut Sauce is deliciously soft combination of carefully selected shelled, ground walnuts and Olive Oil, with the addition of cheese, ricotta and a subtle hint of garlic.


Walnuts, olive oil, milk proteins, cheese (pasteurized milk, rennet, salt), cream, Ricotta cheese (whey, salt, lactic acid), salt, garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
Contains: milk and nuts. May contain traces of fish, other tree nuts and nutshell fragments.
Gluten free.



Our Walnut Sauce has an extremely rich, delicate flavor. The sophisticated taste of the walnuts blends splendidly with the mild flavor of the other ingredients to create a sauce with a velvety texture, made even creamier thanks to our prime-quality Pure Olive Oil.
