Hazelnut and Cocoa Cream

The process

The main ingredient (at least 36%!) is the round, delicate Italian hazelnut, one of the most delicious of nuts. With a careful process of blending, we add sugar and the finest powdered cocoa, slightly enriched with the aromatic scent of vanilla Bourbon. Lastly the we include our Olive Oil, delicate, moderate, with a soft consistency (not too thick) to an all-natural recipe, genuine and delicious, without hydrogenated fats and without palm oil. 


Hazelnuts, sugar, olive oil, skimmed milk powder, brown sugar, cocoa powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; Bourbon vanilla.
Contains hazelnuts and milk.
May contain traces of other tree nuts, cereal containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and soybeans.



The shiny chocolate color and the hazelnut scent get released when opening the jar, revealing the unmistakable flavor of our Spread. On the palate the hazelnut stands out in the cocoa flavor, a balanced sweetness, never excessive and a delicate softness given by the Olive Oil which gives an discrete scent thanks to the perfect equilibrium of the recipe.
