Coarse Italian Salt with Olives and Rosemary

The Process

We use exclusively sea salt from salt pans in Sicily, where year after year, skillful hands apply the ancient salt processing system handed down by the Phoenicians. We then add tasty olives from the South of Italy, harvested when perfectly ripe and then dried before being added to the other ingredients, and fragrant Italian rosemary, also dried to maintain its characteristic aroma intact.


Coarse Italian sea salt 92.5%, dried black olives 5%, dried rosemary 2.5%.



The typically Mediterranean aroma of olives and rosemary is intense yet perfectly balanced. The lively, salty flavor caresses the palate, enhanced by the notes given by the other ingredients. A smooth, fragrant mix: a pinch is all you need to bring out the best in every dish.

An extra advantage: the practical salt cellar with a special double grinding top, which allows you to choose either a fine or coarse grind.
