Our Apricot Crema di Frutta has a deep orange color, tender, velvety pulp from the first mouthful through to the finish, and a sweet, slightly sharp flavor typical of healthy, perfectly ripe fruit.
Store in a cool place away from the light. Once open, keep in the fridge and use within a few days.
We do the very same “saucer test” you may do in your own kitchen: we drop a little of the product onto a saucer, and if it stays there without spreading out, our Crema di Frutta is ready to go into the jars.
