We select only apricots picked when perfectly ripe. This is not a “jam” or a “preserve”, because our Apricot Crema di Frutta contains over 80% fruit. Irresistibly genuine, a treat like no other even straight off the spoon.

Apricot Crema di Frutta

The process

Healthy, perfectly ripe apricots, sliced in half, briefly cooked to maintain all their taste and original nutritional properties intact. With a pinch of fructose to bring out all the flavor of the fruit and a little pectin for an extra-creamy finish. Over 80% fruit in just one jar!


Apricots, fructose, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid.
May contain traces of tree nuts.

Gluten free.



Our Apricot Crema di Frutta has a deep orange color, tender, velvety pulp from the first mouthful through to the finish, and a sweet, slightly sharp flavor typical of healthy, perfectly ripe fruit.

Store in a cool place away from the light. Once open, keep in the fridge and use within a few days.

Did you know that...

We do the very same “saucer test” you may do in your own kitchen: we drop a little of the product onto a saucer, and if it stays there without spreading out, our Crema di Frutta is ready to go into the jars.
