The process

Redcurrants, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and wild strawberries, briefly cooked to maintain all their taste and original nutritional properties intact. With a pinch of fructose to bring out all the flavor of the fruit and a little pectin for an extra-creamy finish. Over 80% fruit in just one jar!


Wild berries (red currants, blackberries, bluberries, raspberries, wild strawberries), fructose, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid.
May contain traces of tree nuts.

Our Wild Berries Crema di Frutta has a distinctive, intense fragrance and dark violet color. The presence of the different fruits gives it an intriguingly uneven consistency and a rich assortment of flavors, in which sharp and sweet taste nuances combine sublimely into a varied, deliciously balanced finish that is not too sugary.

Store in a cool place away from the light. Once open, keep in the fridge and use within a few days.

Our advice

Perfect spread on a piece of Melba toast or a slice of bread, or as an accompaniment to plain yoghurt. An ideal filling or topping for delicious sweets such as crêpes, loaf cakes, cheesecakes and brioches. The unique flavor makes it a superb ingredient in a huge variety of recipes, as well as an imaginative accompaniment to dishes such as meat second courses.
