Our Artichoke Hearts are perfectly whole bite-sized pieces, straw yellow in color tending towards green. Their delicate flavor and aroma are enhanced by the Pure Olive Oil they are preserved in. Tender yet firm, they slice easily without falling apart, so you can enjoy their delicious rounded flavor to the full.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from the light. Once open, they must be kept in the fridge, covered with a little oil, and used within a few days.
Our Artichoke Hearts are carefully, delicately packed one by one into the jars, so the tidy arrangement and the perfectly whole appearance is a delight for the eyes as well as the palate.
