Only the finest fruit in terms of quality, perfect ripeness, shape and firm consistency are able to become our Sundried Tomatoes. Once selected, they are sliced and left to dry on grids in the sun before being placed in brine. They are then washed, arranged by hand in the jars and preserved in our Extra Virgin Olive Oil to enhance the flavor.
Dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, oregano, antioxidant agent: ascorbic acid.

The fine, whole slices reveal all the compact consistency of the tomatoes, giving off a distinctively aromatic, Mediterranean fragrance, thanks to our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and oregano. Their full, gentle flavor makes them the perfect partner for an endless variety of foods.
Store in a cool place, away from the light. Once open, cover with plenty of Pure Olive Oil and keep in the fridge. Use within a few days.
The tomatoes are dried in the sun during the long, sunny summer months. Any kind of tomatoes can be dried, although there are few varieties ideal for doing so.
