Classic Panettone with Olive Oil

The process

Our master pastry chefs ensure our Panettone is prepared in the traditional way: 3 days’ preparation, during which each one is left to rise naturally for 30 hours and cooled for 15 hours at room temperature. Step by step, as tradition commands, so you can bring the very best of Italy to your table.


Wheat flour, raisins, fresh free-range egg yolk, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), water, Carli extra virgin olive oil 8%, cane sugar, natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), honey, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavourings.
May contain traces of nuts, soy and milk. Store in a cool dry place.

The lengthy preparation and the natural mother yeast guarantee a soft, easily digestible dough, enriched with a rich, inviting mix of sultanas and candied orange peel. The use of our Pure Olive Oil instead of butter brings a deliciously original, light touch to the most classic of Italian Christmas sweet treats.
