Soffice Panettone with Olive Oil

What makes it so unique?

We replace the butter with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the specialty that brings a delicate, smooth flavor to the Panettone.
We use only natural mother yeast, for a soft specialty that’s easy to digest.
We use only fresh, free-range eggs.
No preservatives, no colorants.


Wheat flour, fresh free-range egg yolk , cane sugar, Carli extra virgin olive oil 12%, water, natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), milled candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose syrup, sugar), honey, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavourings.
Ingredients of powdered sugar bag: sugar, wheat starch, natural flavours.
May contain traces of nuts, soy and milk. Store in a cool dry place.
Nutrition declaration (average values for 100 g): Energy 1614 kJ 385 kcal; Fat 19 g of which saturates 4,2 g; Carbohydrate 45 g of which sugars 15 g; Fibre 0,8 g; Proteins 9,0 g; Salt 0,52 g.



The most precious ingredient in the mix for this sweet treat is the mother yeast, while the most distinctive is the Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil that completely replaces the butter.  What makes it unique is the candied lemon rind, ground so finely that it is invisible. 
In addition to all this, we’ve chosen to use only fresh eggs from happy, free-range hens.


A tip from us

Delicious any time of day, alone or accompanied by our Hazelnut and Cocoa Cream, or filled just before serving with a warm home-made custard.
To bring out all its goodness and natural fragrance to the full, we suggest storing it at room temperature for at least 12 hours before serving. Do not heat near the fire or leave slices on a hot radiator to avoid them drying out.
