This is a traditional, characteristically Italian product, made in exactly the same way for over 9 centuries. The cow’s milk is processed raw, every day, without any additives or preservatives, and is then carefully aged for a minimum of 12 months. For our Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O., this ageing process lasts 30 months.

Your cheese will be delivered in a vacuum packed and hand wrapped in attractive paper. Keeps for 6 months in the fridge in the vacuum pack.
Parmigiano Reggiano is on sale only from October to February.
Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O. is a hard-paste cheese, with a characteristic straw-yellow color that becomes more intense as it ages, as do the aroma and flavor. With a hint of nuts and spices on the palate, the 30-monrh ageing period makes it exceptionally easy to digest and richer in nutritional elements.
Can be kept for 6 months in the original packaging.
