This is a traditional, characteristically Italian product, made in exactly the same way for over 9 centuries. The cow’s milk is processed raw, every day, without any additives or preservatives, and is then carefully aged for a minimum of 12 months. For our Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O., this ageing process lasts 30 months.

Your cheese will be delivered in 2 pieces, each one vacuum packed and hand wrapped in attractive paper. Keeps for 6 months in the fridge in the vacuum pack.
Parmigiano Reggiano is on sale only from October to February.
Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O. is a hard-paste cheese, with a characteristic straw-yellow color that becomes more intense as it ages, as do the aroma and flavor. With a hint of nuts and spices on the palate, the 30-monrh ageing period makes it exceptionally easy to digest and richer in nutritional elements.
To ensure the cheese keeps longer, each pack contains two 250 gram pieces, each one vacuum packed. Can be kept for 6 months in the original packaging.
