Our Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce is prepared just like a homemade sauce, except in a bigger pot. In keeping with tradition, the lightly fried, aromatic base is gradually joined by plenty of tasty tomato pulp, red chili peppers, sun dried tomatoes, and a dash of anchovy paste and capers for a rich, intense flavor.
Tomato pulp, olive oil, red chili peppers, dried tomato, onion, white wine, anchovy paste, salt, parsley, Genoese basil, extra virgin olive oil, capers, oregano, garlic, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant agent: L-Ascorbic acid.

To maintain the flavor of our Arrabbiata Sauce intact, it is best kept in a cool place, away from the light. Once open, cover with a little oil and use within a few days.
