Our Pasta Sauce with Artichokes is prepared just like a homemade sauce, except in a bigger pot. In keeping with tradition, the lightly fried, aromatic base is gradually joined by plenty of tasty tomato pulp, artichokes, stoned olives, sun dried tomatoes and, as a final touch, a dash of capers and green chili peppers, for a rich, rounded flavor.
Tomato pulp, sliced artichokes, olive oil, onions, pitted olives, dried tomatoes, basil, salt, capers, extra virgin olive oil, green chilli peppers, sugar (saccharose), wine vinegar, natural flavors.
Acidity regulator: Lactic acid, Citric acid. Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid.
It may contain olive kernels or fragments.

A gentle, balanced Sauce, combining tender Artichoke Hearts with tasty tomato pulp, enriched with our Stoned Olives, basil and a pinch of green chili pepper.
To maintain the flavor intact, it is best stored in a cool place, away from the light. Once open, cover with a little olive oil and use within a few days.
