Saffron Risotto


The lively, sunny color is a delight for the eyes, even before the intense, perfectly rounded flavor enchants the palate with the first mouthful. The Carnaroli rice, which Italian chefs consider perfect for risotto, and the premium-quality saffron, free from artificial colorants, combine to create an authentic Italian risotto.  


Carnaroli rice 91,7%, broth mix (salt, corn starch, onion, celery, carrot, leek, parsley, rice flour, miso (soy, rice, water, salt, koji), dehydrated rice syrup, yeast extract, spices), onion, olive oil, garlic, saffron 0,1%.
Contains Soy.

Preparing the risotto

In just minutes, you can serve up an authentic Italian Risotto.

- In the pan (15-17 minutes). Bring about a liter of water to the boil. Pour the contents of the sachet into a large pan and gradually add the boiling water as it is absorbed.
- In the microwave (20 minutes; 650 W). Pour 0.8 liters of water and the contents of the sachet into a microwave dish and set the time and power level indicated.
