For our Artichoke Spread, we use only the most tender vegetables (the same ones we use for our Artichoke Hearts). We boil them for a few minutes, grind them into a paste and add a few ingredients designed to enhance the flavor, such as our Pure Olive Oil.
Artichoke hearts, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, natural flavors. Acidity Regulator: Citric acid. Antioxidant: L-Ascorbic acid.

Store in a cool place, away from direct sources of heat. Once open, keep in the fridge, covered with a little oil, and use within a few days.
