Ingredients

SUNDRIED TOMATOES IN EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, oregano, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
May contain traces of fish and milk.
Gluten free

Store in a cool and dry place, away from light.
After opening keep refrigerated and use within 3-4 days.

How we make them

For our Sun-Dried Tomatoes, we use only tomatoes that comply with quality standards ensuring they don’t break up when cut, with an elongated shape, firm consistency and fleshy pulp. Once selected, cut and dried on grids in the sun, they are packed in jars by hand and enhanced with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
