How we like it
This Christmas specialty is prepared using only natural mother yeast, which makes it soft and easy to digest, and also adds a pleasant hint of honey to the mix.


APPEARANCE AND COLOR
Dark brown, uneven surface, with the characteristic star-shaped cut made by hand on the top before baking, "dotted" with chocolate and pear.
TEXTURE
Extremely soft, always moist.
FLAVOR
The sweetness of the pear is the perfect contrast to the dark chocolate, blending beautifully to form a rich, sophisticated, flavorful combination. The delicate notes of our Oil brings out all the flavors in the mix.

We've chosen to start out from the original recipe, following the same process and using the same ingredients, except for one: and the strength of our version is precisely that we've replaced the butter entirely with Carli Oil. You'll never tire of its light, clean, perfectly balanced flavor.

To enjoy it to the full, and to bring out its goodness and natural fragrance, we advise storing it at room temperature for at least 12 hours before serving. Do not heat near a flame or on the radiator, to avoid drying it out.
