Spaghetti with Sardines

This very original Spaghetti dish will make a delicious impromptu dinner!

METHOD

In a frying pan, fry the fennel and chopped onion in oil for 5 mins.

Add the Sardines and Tomatoes previously cut into pieces.

Cook the Spaghetti in a large quantity of salted boiling water until al dente.

Drain and then tip into the frying pan.

Sauté them so that they completely absorb the Sardine preparation. Serve immediately.
