Our Spaghetti is made in Gragnano, the legendary home of Italian pasta, where the art of milling and the skilled pasta-maker’s art have been handed down through the generations for centuries. The 100% Italian durum wheat semolina is teamed with the exquisitely pure spring water of the Lattari Mountains. It is then bronze drawn and dried extremely slowly at low temperatures for up to 42 hours, for an excellent result with a characteristically wheaty flavor and an ability to remain firm when cooked.

APPEARANCE BEFORE COOKING AND CONSISTENCY

Slightly rough, with an even color tending towards amber, regular in shape. Elastic and firm to the taste when cooked, remaining al dente even if cooked beyond the recommended time

 

AROMA

During and after cooking, the Spaghetti gives off all the delicious fragrance of quality durum wheat dried at very low temperatures.
