The secret ingredient

We use the same chili peppers as for our Stuffed Red Chili Peppers, with an intense red color and moderately spicy flavor that gives an edge to the recipe.

The superbly soft consistency of this Sauce is guaranteed by the slow, traditional cooking method, which smoothly blends the tomato pulp, anchovy paste and capers with our red chili peppers.
