Our secret

We select and harvest the olives when they are perfectly ripe. To preserve them perfectly, we keep them in brine until they are processed, and only then do we wash the olives and separate the pulp from the stone to obtain the paste, which is then combined with a few natural, genuine ingredients, such as our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
