Artichoke in Olive Oil

Soft, whole Artichoke Hearts, carefully packed by hand in the jars and covered with our quality Olive Oil. Irresistible to the eye even before the palate, with their perfect leaves and delicate color, a foretaste of the tender, compact consistency. Small, bite-size pieces with all the full, sweet flavor of ripe artichokes, with a subtly acidic note added by the wine vinegar.

How we make them

Sized and blanched for a few minutes after the outer leaves and top part have been removed, they are finished by hand and placed in brine. They are drained before being delicately and tidily arranged whole, one by one in the jars so that they look as good as they taste. Finally, they are covered with our Olive Oil to preserve them and enhance the full, rounded flavor.
