The secret ingredient

We use the same artichokes as for our Artichoke Hearts in Olive Oil, with a sweet, delicate flavor and tender yet crisp consistency.

How we make it

We use a natural, simple process to parboil the artichoke hearts for a few minutes. They are then ground and blended with ingredients that enhance the flavor, and enriched with our Olive Oil.
