Special summer rice dish
Quick yet fullfilling summer lunch, with shrimps and Tuna Fish in Olive Oil

METHOD

Scald the shrimps and drain them off. Slowly cook the still frozen peas in the olive oil and then finally add the shrimps and the triturated Tuna Fish in Olive Oil. Add salt and pepper and a sprinkling of oregano.

Boil the rice, drain it and add Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato, and lemon. Pour the rice onto the shrimp and tuna mix.

This dish is excellent also when served cold.
