Fusilli in Basil Tomato Pasta Sauce

Fill a large pot with 5 cups of water for every cup of pasta, and when it starts to boil add coarse grain salt (3 teaspoons of salt for every 5 cups of water). When the water boils, pour the Pasta in. Allow to cook for 10-12 minutes.
In the meanwhile, in a big frying pan, pour the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato and put the pressed garlic clove. Cook on a moderate heat for a few minutes being careful not to burn the garlic. Add the Basil Tomato Pasta Sauce and cook for about a minute. Turn off the heat and allow the flavors to blend.
Taste and drain the Pasta, removing all the cooking water. Put the Fusilli into the pan, mix and garnish with a lot of grated Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O.
