Piadina rolls are a simple and colorful idea for a delicious starter. Amaze your guests with this quick and easy-to-prepare recipe.

Preparation of piadina

To prepare piadina rolls, gently heat the piadina in a pan. Once hot, add a layer of mayonnaise, a few thin slices of tomato, some fresh rocket leaves and the Carli White Tuna Fish in Olive Oil.

Delicately roll the piadina up with the open side facing downwards, then cut into slices to create the piadina rolls. Secure the piadina rolls with a toothpick and a pitted Carli Ligurian Taggiasca Olive in Brine.
