Pesto Pasta with walnuts

Method

To prepare the pesto pasta with walnuts, cook our Pasta from Gragnano P.G.I. Fusilli in plenty of salted water for 10 minutes. Drain, transfer to a bowl and dress with a drizzle of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato.

Dice the washed cherry tomatoes and drain the mozzarella balls. At this point, it is time to season the pesto pasta with walnuts.

Add the tomatoes, mozzarella balls, washed and dried rocket, our Pesto Sauce and a generous handful of walnuts to the bowl with the pasta. Mix all the ingredients well and serve the pesto pasta with walnuts warm or cold, with a few extra walnuts on top.
