Salad with mackerel filets
A rich and fresh salad, perfect in every season
To prepare the salad with our Mackerel Filets in Olive Oil, wash the new potatoes thoroughly to remove all traces of soil and steam them with their peelings on for about 15 minutes (until soft).
In a bowl begin to assemble the salad by putting the chopped potatoes, our drained Pitted Olives and fresh spinach. Season with salt and a drizzle of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato. Mix and complete the salad by adding our Mackerel Filets in Olive Oil.
The salad with mackerel filets is great to eat either warm or cold.
