Tuna steaks with sesame seeds and balsamic vinegar
A fresh, flavorful salad, ideal also as a complete meal

Method

Wash and dry the salad greens and the tomatoes. Place the salad and the halved tomatoes in a bowl and place our Tuna Steaks in Olive Oil on top.

In a pan, lightly toast the sesame seeds over a gentle heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the sesame seeds to the salad and season with an emulsion made with a pinch of salt, two tbsps. of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. and three tbsps. of Delicato Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

A simple, very quick recipe, perfect for a summer lunch.
