Bass fillets with a fragrance of olives
Black Olive Spread will add extra taste to this perfect dish

METHOD

Remove any bones to be found in the bass fillets. Place the bass in the steam cooker and cook for 15 minutes.

When finally cooked, add salt. Leave to cool (until warm), add a drizzle of Pure Olive Oil, and salt to taste.

Separate the fillets into four small bowls. Alternate the fillets with Black Olive Spread. Serve after garnishing with strips of orange peel.
