Scallops on a walnut sauce bed
Walnut sauce seasoning is ideal to match scallops dish
Heat two spoonfuls of Pure Olive Oil in a frying pan. Add bay leaves and cook the scallops over a high flame for 3-4 min. Add the brandy at the half-way stage.
When the scallops are ready, lay them on a bed of Walnut Sauce. As a finishing touch, add a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicato and serve.
