A refreshing dessert that appeals to everyone

Method

Prepare the mascarpone and amaretti cream starting with the cream: separate the yolks from the egg whites and whisk the former with the sugar. Add the mascarpone and mix the ingredients to obtain a smooth and soft cream.

Whip the egg whites until stiff and gently add them to the mascarpone cream, taking care to mix from top to bottom with a spatula.

Dice the washed and dried peaches.

Create the single servings of mascarpone and amaretti cream by alternating the ingredients in a glass or in a glass jar: start with the mascarpone cream, add a handful of our crumbled Soft Amaretti Cookies some diced peaches and repeat until the glass is full.

Decorate the mascarpone and amaretti cream with a slice of peach and a few leaves of fresh mint.
