Pork filet in walnut sauce
A simple and tasty main course
Method
To prepare the filet in walnut sauce, season the meat with salt, pepper and rosemary. Place a drizzle of our Pure Olive Oil in a frying pan and heat. Then, brown the filet on all sides over high heat so that it is well browned.
Add white wine, allow the alcohol to evaporate for a minute and cook over a gentle heat for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Once ready, remove the meat from the pan and leave it to rest for two minutes, covered with a sheet of foil. In the meantime, add our Walnut Sauce to the slightly reduced roast sauce. Slice the filet, arrange on a serving plate and dress with the sauce.
