It can be prepared in the time it takes to cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. While the pasta is cooking, lightly fry two cloves of garlic (with the core removed) in the Pure Olive Oil, add chili pepper to taste and heat, taking care not to burn the garlic. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the oil, garlic and chili pepper. Add a ladleful of cooking water and mix in the pan. Add some freshly chopped parsley to taste.
