Sprinkle some flour on a board. Then lay the short pastry to a thickness of 4 mm. Line the tartlet moulds (Ø 5 cm), greased and floured. Fold the short pastry onto the edges and perforate the bottom.
One third of the tartlets shall be flavored with Fruit Spread Berries, another third with Fruit Spread Orange and the last third with our Organic Fruit Spread Apricot.
Transfer the tartlets on a tray to the oven set at 180° for 15 minutes. When the tartlets have been baked, remove them from the oven, and leave them to cool before removing them from the moulds and readying them for serving.
Add mint leaves to the tartlets before serving.
