  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 TBS of Carli Pure Olive Oil
  • 4 TBS of Fratelli Carli Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 TBS of Fratelli Carli Acacia Honey
  • ½ cup of water
  • Salt and pepper
Chicken breast with sweet and sour sauce
The Balsamic Vinegar-Honey combination accentuates deliciously the flavor of the chicken.

METHOD

Brown the chicken breasts in oil in a frying pan and cook for 5 mins on each side. Remove them from the pan.
Deglaze the frying pan with the Vinegar, Honey and water. Place the chicken breasts in the sauce in the frying pan and allow to cook gently for 5 mins.
