Chicken in Balsamic Vinegar
A tasty and healthy way to cook chicken
To prepare the chicken in balsamic vinegar, halve the chicken breast and remove the cartilage and the keel bone.
Coat the chicken breast with flour and cook it on a hot grill with a drizzle of our Pure Olive Oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat, taking care to turn the meat every 2 minutes or so, so that the chicken breast is evenly cooked.
When the chicken is cooked through, add a tablespoon of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI to each side of the breast along with a tablespoon of water, cook for another minute and remove from heat.
Let the chicken in balsamic vinegar rest along with its sauce, covered and away from the heat, for one minute. Serve the chicken breast in balsamic vinegar accompanied by a mixed salad.
