Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated covered with olive oil and use within a few days.

Caballa del Sur mackerel is one of Andalusia’s flagship products, which we catch and process at the fishing site in Tarifa, on the Strait of Gibraltar, the southernmost point in Europe.
