The Cantabrian Sea, lying between the cold seas of the North and the warmer tropical seas, is especially rich in fish. It’s in this stretch of waters, between Spain and France, that we source our White Tuna.

The secrets of White Tuna
Thunnus alalonga has a high protein content (22%), and is naturally low in fat (4-5%). It is also rich in Omega 3, which boasts HDL, or “good”, cholesterol over “bad cholesterol”. It is an excellent source of vitamins, especially B1, B2, P and A, and minerals such as calcium, potassium and sodium, and also has a moderate calorie content.
