Our Fusilli pasta is made in Gragnano, where the art of milling and pasta-making has been handed down through the generations for centuries. Just rough enough to retain sauces perfectly, thanks to the bronze-drawing technique, and perfect even with just a drizzle of Carli Oil, because it’s made with 100% Italian durum wheat, you’ll love the flavor and the firm bite of the pasta once cooked.

APPEARANCE BEFORE COOKING AND CONSISTENCY
Slightly rough, with an even color tending towards amber, regular in shape.
Elastic and firm to the taste when cooked, remaining al dente even if cooked beyond the recommended time.
