Pesto Sauce Extra virgin olive oil, Genoese basil P.D.O., cashews, milg protein, salt, cheese, cream, Parmigiano Reggiano P.D.O. (milk, salt, rennet), Pecorino cheese (sheep’s milk, salt, rennet), garlic, natural flavorings, acidity regulator: Lactic acid, citric acid; andioxidant: Ascorbic acid, peanuts.

Pesto Rosso: the dark orange color is due to the presence of basil, pine nuts and cheese, which tone down the bright red of the tomato pulp and the sun-dried tomatoes, pieces of which are perceptible in the sauce.
Walnut Sauce: characteristic walnut color, slightly toned down and variegated by the cheese and ricotta.
Pesto: smooth, creamy, perfectly blended consistency. Emerald green color, thanks to the generous amount of basil.
Pesto Rosso: intensely aromatic, with the tasty blend of ingredients enhanced by our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Walnut Sauce: very delicate, with the sweet taste of the walnuts skillfully balanced with just the right amount of the other quality ingredients, which add flavor and a smooth, creamy texture, while letting the main ingredient shine through.
Pesto: intense, persistent, highly aromatic. The tasty purée of basil and cheese is enhanced by our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, perfectly blended with a hint of garlic that’s clearly perceptible but not overpowering and contributes to the smooth flavor.
Pesto Rosso: intense blend of fresh basil and the stronger aroma of tomato.
Walnut Sauce: the first aroma perceived is walnut, followed by our Olive Oil, perfectly blended with the cheese.
Pesto: fresh, intense basil fragrance, with garlic clearly perceptible to add flavor, intensity and character to the overall aroma.
Pesto Rosso Sauce
The thick, creamy consistency makes it ideal both as a simple, appetizing condiment for any type of pasta and as a spread for delicious snacks, canapés and bruschettas, to serve as a starter or aperitif.
