Discover the olive oil mill

To understand and admire the fascinating production process that transforms the fruits of the olive tree into the precious oil that reaches our tables, visitors can observe Fratelli Carli's olive mill in operation behind specially designed glass panels.

Located next to the garden of the Museo dell’Olivo, it operates exclusively during the olive harvest season.
